Spring reviews of paintings This picture was painted in 1902 by Borisov-Musatov. The style of this picture is ‘Art nounybovean’, wich means ‘The modern art in French’. It shows one beautiful young women, who is walking in the garden. It`s evening, the sun is going down, the sky is becoming rosy. Everything in this picture peaceful. In the bbackground there are a lot of blossoming trees and bushes. The figure of the young women is in the foreground, in the right. The sky and the women`s dress are very similar colour. The young women is standing yer back to us, so we can`t see her face, but we can guess that she is very beautiful and romantic. I think, she is walking near her house , which we can see at the distance. There are soft and light colours in the colours in the picture. The artist wanted to create a mysterious picture, so that everyone sees it in a different way. This painting seemed very romantic and interesting for me. Алайская Валерия

Spring reviews of paintings Picture “Rooks have arrived”(“Grachi prileteli”) A. K. Savrasov is written in 1871. It’s a small picture very light in colour. A picture shows the beginning of spring in the Kostroma province. We see in the foreground curve birches and dirty thawed snow, on the right we see the pool, the is church with bell tower in the middle. Though the clouds are high in the sky, they are grey and it seems it will be snowing. The rooks’ nests are uncomfortable and disarranged. But the impression from the picture isn’t sad. The snow is painted in the most gentle shades: lilac, blue, yellow, brown, pink. The sky is reflected in a pool, birches are pulled upwards, and it as though expands space of a picture. Looking at the picture and you’re sure that spring is coming and nature is amazing, beautiful and wonderful in all seasons. Беньковский Константин
Spring reviews of musical illustration to narrative of A.S.Pushkin "Snowstorm"- "Spring" I have heard about Sviridov and this name is Familiar to me, but I have never listened to this music. I prefer listening to Mozart, Strauss, Vivaldi, etc. My first meeting to Sviridov’s music was a composer of unusual genius. To many people his talent is an enigma. This work of music art-I mean «snow-strom»-was very short-just a few minutes. These minutes were more than anough to turn over my imagination about Sviridov’s. It was full of colours and tints. This music is tuneful and appealing. You can clearly see and image seasons (late autumn, early spring). It was soft and fascinating, romantic and amazing. This music toucher my heart and mind. It is really touching and eloquent, at the same time it is soft and romantic. While listening to the music I imagined some spring pictures. It is morning sunrise. Fresh green meadows are still covered with snow. On the thin bichen’s turgs tender leaves are blossoming out. The birds are singing. Brooks and thaw are clinking. There are a lot of spring flowers on the hill’s slopes. And some small fluffy pink clouds are on the azure sky. This music is very tuneful and appealing. Лудина Анна

Spring months: March April May
March
March our translations of poem To the thawing windCome with rain, O loud Southwester!Bring the singer, bring the nester;Give the buried flower a dream;Make the settled snow-bank steam;Find the brown beneath the white; But whate'er you do to-night,Bathe my window, make it flow,Melt it as the ice will go;Burst into my narrow stall;Swing the picture on the wall;Run the rattling pages o'er;Scatter poems on the floor;Turn the poet out the door.
March reviews of musical illustration Peter Tchaikovsky Peter Tchaikovsky “The song of the skylark” MarchThe skylark is a little bird, which Russian people assotiate with the beginning of spring, the a wakness of nature from winter sleeping. Ther are two music themes in the play: melodious lyrical with chord accompainment and the second, the same, but with flight and wide breathing. The charm of the play is in changing of mood from dreaming, sad light. Both themes remind the trills of the skylark.
April
April our translation of poem April's CharmsWhen April scatters charms of primrose goldAmong the copper leaves in thickets old,And singing skylarks from the meadows rise,To twinkle like black stars in sunny skies; When I can hear the small woodpecker ringTime on a tree for all the birds that sing; And hear the pleasant cuckoo, loud and long The simple bird that thinks two notes a song. April reviews of musical illustration Peter Tchaikovsky“The snowdrop” AprilSnowdrops are the plants which appear after melting of the snow. The flowers are very touching. They are blue and white. Russian people like snowdrops. They are the symbol of a new life. A lot of poems of Russian poets are devoted to this flower. The musical play “The snowdrop” based on waltz rythm, flight of fancy. We hear the emotion of soul which are coming when you admire the spring nature, and your emotions are felt with happiness, hope and expecting. The musical play is devided in two parts. The first and the third are repeated each other. In the second part there isn`t any great contrasts. I think, this is the changing of the mood, nuances of the same feeling.

May reviews of musical illustration Peter Tchaikovsky “White nights” MayWhite nights are the nights in May, when they are as light as days. White nights in St.Petersburg are romantic nights with walking and singing. We can find the image of white nights in St.Petersburg in the paintings of Russian artists and in poems of Russian poets. The music makes out mood change, sad thinking is changed by sweet admiration of soul. The composition “White nights” consists of two parts: the prelude and the conclusion and they shows us the image of white nights. They remind us about the silence of the nigh, about loneless, about dreams and happiness. The second part is impetuous and passionate.
