Maryinsky Park is one of the oldest parks in Kiev. It now hosts two important buildings The Verchovna Rada Maryinsky Palace
Maryinsky palace is an architectural pearl of Kiev The palace is surrounded by the picturesque Maryinsky Park with lots of fountains and monuments
The palace itself was constructed in the Middle of the 18th century. The most impressive partOf the palace is the south Facade with statues of Charity and Justice It was built in baroque style by architect Rastrelli
During its history the palace served as the residence for high guests.The White Hall is situated in the middle of thePalace and connected by archs with the entrance hall.
The Green Living-room and Banquet Hall are attachedTo the entrance hall from both sides
During excursion you will walk through the famous rooms and halls of the palace, including those that are usually closed for regular visitors.
Today the park also boasts a stage for frequent concerts and performances and also features a children’s playground,attractions and a couple of fountains.
The park gradually ambles into the City Garden which hosts Dynamo Kyiv’s “Lobanovsky” stadium and the ultra-romanticLovers Bridge.
That’s why I love Maryinsky Park.It is shady with old Linden trees, maples And chestnuts. Here You can have a goodTime.
