National Park «Braslav Lakes»

National Park «Braslav Lakes» is one of the most attractive places in Belarus.

The area of the lakes is 183 sq. Most deep lakes is Lake South Volos is about 40 m.

The lakes are surrounded with beautiful landscapes with 800 species plants.

There are more than 30 species of fish in the lakes.

45 of the birds are in the Red Book.

Many interesting animals live in the forests around lakes.

The centre of the park – one the most ancient towns in Belarus.

National Park «Braslav Lakes» was first mentioned in the early 11th centry.
